Reduce, don't eliminate certain foods. Most people eat for pleasure as well as nutrition. to reduce, not eliminate certain foods. Most people eat for pleasure and nutrition. If your favorite foods are high in fat, salt or sugar, the key is moderating how much of these foods you eat and how often you eat them. If your favorite foods fat, high salt or high-sugar, the key is how to mitigate these how many times you eat the food you eat.
